Buhari Certificate: The Case Cannot Stand – Justice Amaize

Justice R. I. Amaize, a former jurist, has declared that those seeking the disqualification of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari, over the non-attachment of relevant documents to the INEC form he submitted, perjury and alleged lack of requisite qualification may have to think of something else as the three issues lack evidential value.

Justice Amaize, who retired from the Edo State high court, disclosed this in his legal opinion exclusively made available to LEADERSHIP over the weekend.

According to the judge, the aforementioned points, when issues are joined by the parties in court, would be resolved in favour of Buhari, adding that the three issues being promoted by the proponents of Buhari’s disqualification were of no consequence and cannot stop him.
Consequently, Buhari will go ahead and contest the March 28 presidential election, legitimately.
Most times when a girl decide to remain a virgin till she gets married, its usually out of indoctrination, or in some rare cases lack of exposure/opportunity.
Girls, especially in this part of the world are told to remain virgins till she gets married, so that her husband would appreciate her and put a lot of value on her. How true is this?
Well, if I should discover that my wife is a Virgin on our honey moon,I would be impressed that she was able to hold herself, that shows that she is disciplined. It also gives me some sense of pride that I am the “first” grin
On the other hand…….
I will feel a bit worried.
Sex is the number one factor that determines the success of a marriage.
A virgin would have one or more issues relating to sex.
There are two categories of virgin(female)
1) Those that self-service.
2) Those that don’t self-service.
A virgin that self-service would be selfish on bed. She would feel she can satisfy herself and probably doesn’t require her husband for sexual fulfilment. Its their kind that would be faking orgasm in bed. They are usually the feminists. angry
A virgin that don’t self-service would be a sex maniac after marriage. Especially if her husband is really experienced on bed. All the urges she has failed to satisfy while in her youth would be burdened on her husband. Its their kind that won’t get satisfied after 6 rounds cheesy
You see. Both kinds of virgin would pose some problems to their husband after marriage.
Imagine if your wife can’t be satisfied from your joystick, check closely she was/is probably a masturbator while in her youth. Worse of all when she fakes orgasm. Problems would start emerging.
Imagine if your wife has more libido than you do, after all the hectic pounding and pounding, she starts moving her hands over you while you resting cheesy and then you start feeling insufficient.
This is my opinion.

Ibrahim Tijani, a 29 year old bricklayer is currently being detained at the Ogombo police station in the Okun Ajah area of Lagos state for killing his 57 year old neighbor, Bashorun Okanla during an argument that ensued over fumes emanating from his generator.

According to 'Punch' the men reside at an uncompleted building in the Okun Ajah. Ogombo area of Lagos state. On the day of the unfortunate incident,  Bashorun Okanla had approached Tijani  and told him that the fumes coming out of his generator was disturbing him. An argument ensued and one person ended up dying.

The two men got into a fist fight and before anyone could stop it, Tijani went into his house, got a cutlass and attacked Bashorun with it. The cut him on the head and hand. Bashorun was rushed to the hospital where he died.

Tijani then immediately reported himself to the Ogombo police station where he told them what happened

“On Sunday, I turned on my generator and when Baba Ade (Okanla) asked me to turn it off, I refused. Then he used a stick to hit me and we started fighting. A neighbour came and separated us and asked me to sit down beside him. But Baba Ade still went and destroyed my generator. I became angry and went inside my house and picked my cutlass. I used it on him”.
Confirming the incident, the Lagos state Police Public Relations Officer, Nwosu Kenneth said further investigation on the matter was ongoing.

Covenant University finally set to reduce expensive school fees

The Vice-Chancellor, Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State, Prof. Charles Ayo, has hinted that the school may likely reduce its tuition fees in a bid to accommodate more students who will want to benefit from the quality education it offers.

Addressing a news conference on Friday over the school’s recent Webometrics ranking as the first in Nigeria and West Africa and the 15th in Africa, he said the move would make admission into the school more affordable and competitive.

He explained that apart from the fact the Chancellor of the school, Dr. David Oyedepo, had already thought about it, the school management also had plans to increase its internally generated revenue so as to augment its income, which would make the review easy:

“Going by the thinking of the proprietor and chancellor, the commission is thinking of reducing the fees with a view to allowing more people to be able to benefit from the quality education that we have here, but it’s going to be highly competitive.

“This may affect us because we would need to work more on our IGR, but we are up to the task. The beauty of it all is to be able to leave it open to all, however, we are mindful of our carrying capacity, which will only engender stiff competition before anybody would be able to get admission.

“By the next academic session, the university will be going into production of certain items and looking at our projection on the adventure, we are going to be raking in billions, which will supplement our income and with that, we can be sure that the fees would be reducing gradually, which also shows that education venture is not necessarily about profit-making but about service to humanity.”

The vice-chancellor said with the released Webometrics Ranking of February 10, 2015, “Covenant University is now the first among all the universities in Nigeria and West Africa and the 15th in Africa.

“Last year, we were the second in Nigeria and 25th in Africa, but now we have improved greatly, and this is because we came in with a view to introducing a change, which was a clear departure from what others do, therefore, this feat and many others do not really come as a surprise to us.”

Webometrics Ranking is the ranking of about 2,500 institutions in the world based on their web presence, impact, presence, openness and excellence.
Money can buy women but not love its true. I remember growing up and thinking once I get money I can get any woman I want, am not the richest man in Nigeria but am ok..
Through my journey of life I have learnt that money cant really buy love, all my reasons are based on statistics and heart breaking experiences.
1. As a rich guy you get women who pretend around you a lot: you never get to meet them behind their beautiful shells, they try to compete for your attention, faking smiles and laughter, e.t.c

2. They dont really care for you
just lie to her one day that your business is going down, you took a loan from the bank , and you cant pay up, observe the way she will change overnight cheesy disregarding all you have done in the past
3. women you get are mostly after what they want to get from you not what they want to impact in your life. it starts with sex manipulation, before sex you will see them making demands, sometimes its like you have to pay for their love and affection. Remember one of my friend, last week he was sick, the girlfriend came to take care of him, and she also took lots of money from hm when she was going

4 . when you are not smart they cheat on you
in worst cases, you will be the father christmas, while she goes out flexing with other niggas, you foot the bills. makes me wonder if the stingy person is good , while the person who is caring is the fool

5 . The love lasts as long as the money is there
yes thats true even in marriage, just keep the money flowing if not, ………. angry
I have already told my mum to look for a wife for me, am tired of these gold diggers, maybe thats the best idea. miss having real love, passion, emotions in my life mehn.

The condom’s antiviral VivaGel, developed by Australian bio-tech firm Starpharma, effectively deactivated 99.9 percent of HIV, herpes and human papilloma virus in trials.

And, after being given a receipt of Conformity of Assessment Certification by the Australian Therapeutiic Good Administration, the product is likely to be on shelves soon.

Peter Carroll, the president and general manager of the sexual wellness global business unit for Ansell – who are working in partnership with Starpharma – says consumers can expect a ‘ground-breaking new sexual health’ product.

‘Ansell looks forward to rolling out its marketing and sales campaign to support the launch of Life Styles Dual Protect over the coming months with the first product expected to be available on shelves soon,’ he said.

STIs are on the rise in Australia, where the number newly-diagnosed HIV infections was 70 per cent higher than the number in 1999, when cases were at their lowest.

It is hoped that the VivaGel condom will halt the rise in HIV and other STIs, while also reducing the risk of pregnancy.

Meet the Half Man, Half Monkey Guy

I’m beginning to wonder if this supports the theory of evolution that we all came from Apes. The guy in the picture below looks almost like a monkey.

Would you even stop by to say hi to this kind of person on the street????

Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt plans to retire in 2017

Usain Bolt has set his sights on a winning swansong at the World Athletics Championships in London in 2017.

The six-time Olympic sprint champion had suggested that the Games in Rio in 2016 would be his last but he now appears to have changed his mind, with a final competitive visit to the stadium where he won three golds in 2012 on the agenda.

“That was the initial plan (to sign off after Rio),” he told the Daily Mail. “But my sponsor has asked me to go on for another year; to 2017 and London.

“But I’ll be doing one event, the 100. I’ve already discussed it with my coach. I can concentrate on that, and on retiring on a winning note.”
Bolt will head to this year’s World Championships in Beijing looking to add to his haul of eight world golds and the 28-year-old also has one eye on breaking his own world record.

Bolt set the 100 metres record of 9.58 in Berlin in 2009 and is hopeful that elite competition can spur him to his best again.
“Well, it takes races,” he said. “But if everything goes well this season… in my life anything is possible. If I can get myself in good shape, it should be wonderful this season.

“I live for competition. I thrive on competition. I live to compete against the best.
“It means a lot when you beat the best. I remember when I won in Beijing, people were saying how Tyson (Gay) wasn’t there.

“So for me the World Championship the following year, when everyone was there, that was good.”

My Wife Was A Witch-Businessman Accused of Beating Spouse To Death(Photo)

Police detectives at the Criminal Investigation Department, CID, Panti, Lagos, are currently working to untangle the mystery behind the sudden death of a middle aged woman, Obiageli Anajekwu. She was alleged to have been battered by her husband, Ikechukwu Anajekwu on January 19, 2015. She ran to her friend, Chinyere Onyali’s house where she died two days later.

Pleading that he is innocent, the accused, Ikechukwu Anajekwu, 54, lamented that life has never been the same ever since he agreed to marry the late Obiageli.
“I am an international businessman and have lived in several countries in Europe. I even own an African restaurant in Brazil. My family insisted that I should invest at home and also marry a Nigerian woman. I had married a white woman and I have children in Brazil.
“One of my relatives introduced Obiageli to me, that she is the perfect woman on earth. Sometime in 2013, we had a traditional marriage and I decided to stay around in Nigeria so that she can enjoy me a little. Suddenly, I realised that she is fetish especially when she did not conceive after six months. She accused everyone in my house of being the brain behind her childlessness. Meanwhile, the little business that I was doing in Nigeria started to crumble. I was finding it hard to make a living. I travelled down to Anambra and met a Reverend father who prayed for me. He told me that the cause of my misfortune was within my family. He asked me to return home and search my house. I came back in September and searched and discovered a mobile shrine in my wife’s bag. It had my pictures and those of my family members. She then used pieces of a red cloth to tie all of them together. I confronted her and she denied any involvement but refused to swear.
“I reported the matter to her people and told them that I am no longer interested in the marriage. I made it official in December and returned to Lagos. I was surprised when on January 19, she came knocking at my door,” Ikechukwu narrated.
On what he felt transpired on the day he was accused of beating up Obiageli, Ikechukwu said that he simply asked her to go back to where she was coming from.
“I was already terrified when I discovered that she is the one behind my ordeal in Lagos. When I opened my gate and saw her, I shut it against her. I later drove out with my friend who came visiting. When I returned at about 11pm, I saw her still standing at the gate. She prevented me from entering the premises. I only dragged her out of my way and closed the gate. I received a call from my kinsman, Okonkwo, the next day that he wanted to discuss business with me. I came and was disgusted when I realised that it was because of Obiageli. He pleaded that I should accept her back and I told him that I am not interested.
